Returns Policy

At S’ILLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within the legally established period.

Timeframe for Returning a Product

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, that is, to return the product without the need to provide any justification.

Conditions for Accepting a Return

In order for us to accept a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • With all accessories and labels included.
  • Free from damage or signs of use.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalised or customised products.
  • Items that have been used beyond their mere opening.
  • Products that are not in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Items that have suffered any damage.
  • Products that are extremely creased or dirty (for example, containing dust or hair).

How to Return Your Order

  • Please write to us at info@sillaequestrian.com requesting a return and indicating your order number, or contact us via the form available on our website.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. You may use any courier service of your choice.
  • Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs shall be borne by you, unless the product is damaged or an error on our part has occurred. Until the item has been received at our premises, it remains your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend sending it via courier or registered post and keeping the proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once we have received the item and verified that it is in the same condition as when delivered, you will be informed whether you are entitled to a refund. If so, we will refund the full amount of the product within a maximum period of 10 calendar days.

Please note that in cases where an order originally qualified for free shipping but is returned in full, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, as the total value of the order after the return no longer meets the minimum required for free shipping.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.

Exchanges or Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

Quality is a priority for S’ILLA, and we will accept the return of any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Customers may submit a request via email to info@sillaequestrian.com. You will be asked to provide photographs of the item in its current condition, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will inform you of the next steps.

Whether you wish to exchange the product or return it, Equin Closet, S.L. will cover the return shipping costs as well as the cost of sending a replacement item, if requested by the customer.

I Have Not Received the Correct Product

At S’ILLA, we take care with every detail when preparing your order to ensure that everything arrives exactly as requested. However, we are human, and occasional inadvertent errors may occur during the preparation or shipping process. If, upon receiving your order, you notice that an item is incorrect or does not match what you selected during the purchase process, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist you efficiently, we will require you to send an email to info@sillaequestrian.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the product you received.
