These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the acquisition of products through the website sillaequestrian.com (hereinafter, the “Website”). By placing an order on our Website, the user (hereinafter, the “Customer”) accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.
The General Terms and Conditions of Contract establish the legal framework for the distance selling relationship between Equin Closet, S.L. and the Customer, in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Purchase Process
The Customer may make a purchase by selecting the products they wish to acquire, adding them to their shopping cart, and completing the payment process.
To complete the purchase, the Customer must correctly fill out the personal and payment information form.
Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation by email with the details of the purchase.
The order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
Prices and Payment Methods
All product prices are displayed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, Bizum, bank transfer, and express checkout.
Credit and debit cards from Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The charge to the Customer’s account will be made at the time the order is confirmed.
Transactions are processed through a secure payment system and virtual POS terminal, which ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s data through encryption and SSL protocol. Under no circumstances are banking details stored on the Website’s servers.
The system may require additional authentication (3D Secure) depending on the security policies of the issuing bank. The order will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully validated.
Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will receive an invoice or purchase receipt by email. If the Customer requires an invoice with tax information, they must indicate this during the purchase process or contact customer service at info@sillaequestrian.com.
If payment is rejected by the banking entity, the order will be automatically cancelled. If the Customer believes that payment was rejected in error, they may contact their bank or our customer service team.
For special and personalized orders, payment shall be made via bank transfer.
The Website also offers express payment methods through secure platforms such as Apple Pay or Bizum, among others, allowing the Customer to complete the purchase quickly and safely. By selecting one of these methods, the Customer authorizes immediate payment through the corresponding provider, in accordance with its own terms and conditions. The Website does not store the Customer’s financial data and merely redirects the payment process to authorized platforms.
Product Delivery
Delivery times: The delivery times indicated on the Website are approximate and may vary depending on the Customer’s location, product availability, and other external factors. Some products are handmade and made to order, which may result in longer shipping times.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed before finalizing the order.
- Delivery areas: We ship throughout Europe.
- Shipping costs to Spain and the Balearic Islands: €7.
- Shipping costs to Andorra and the Canary Islands: €25.
- Shipping costs to the rest of Europe: €20.
For other countries, a shipping quote will be required.
Delivery liability: The company shall not be held liable for delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delays by the transport company).
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to justify their decision.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must clearly notify their decision by sending an email to info@sillaequestrian.com or by using the return form available on the Website.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
The refund of the amount paid for the product will be issued once the item has been received and its condition verified, within a maximum of 10 calendar days.
IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Personalized products.
- If the product has been used beyond simple opening. If the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered.
- If the product has been damaged.
- If the products are excessively wrinkled or dirty (e.g., with dust, hair).
Warranty
All products sold by Equin Closet, S.L. come with the minimum legal conformity warranty of 2 years for consumers, in accordance with applicable legislation.
If the product presents manufacturing defects, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
Personal Data Protection
The personal data provided by the Customer when making a purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.
The Customer expressly consents to the processing of their data for the management of their order, the sending of commercial information related to the products purchased, and to comply with current tax regulations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights over the products, images, texts, logos, and content on this Website belong to Equin Closet, S.L. or to their respective owners.
The reproduction, distribution, or any other unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited without the express permission of Equin Closet, S.L.
Liability
Equin Closet, S.L. shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the improper use of products, from products used outside the provided instructions, or from products damaged during transport.
Under no circumstances shall Equin Closet, S.L. be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any other type of non-direct damage related to the use of purchased products.
Modification of Terms
Equin Closet, S.L. reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Purchase at any time. Any modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the interpretation of these terms, as well as the products and services offered through the Website, shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute related to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence, as established under consumer protection legislation.
In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, consumers are informed that the European Commission provides an online platform for alternative dispute resolution, accessible via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Warranty
In compliance with current regulations, all our products come with a statutory two-year warranty from the date of delivery, whenever required by law. During the first six months, if any defect or issue arises, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the type of product or the nature of the defect.
If upon receiving your order you notice that the product does not conform to the agreement or has any defects, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. You can contact us through the contact form on our website or by sending an email to info@sillaequestrian.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
A product is considered to conform to the contract if:
- It matches the description provided (taking into account that they are handcrafted products).
- It is suitable for the normal use of that type of product.
- It presents the quality and performance that can reasonably be expected.
The statutory warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow its maintenance and care instructions.
